Contract Administrator (CA)
§ Minimum D3 degree with 5 years experiences as administrator
§ Strong knowledge on basic concept of Procurement Business Process
§ Good in planning and organizational skills and understand process
philosophy as well as Company Business Process and Government regulation and
policy.
§ Strong influence skills and highly developed oral and written
communication skills, having good analytical skills and ability to perform
with minimum supervision and must have such a manner to work and live with
multi national personnel in close activities in his / her area of
responsibility.
§ Having SAP and or Public Relations knowledge (lobbying &
developing newsletter) is a plus
Constructions Superintendent (CS)
· 10+ years of major project experience related the fabrication,
construction and installation of oil and gas gathering, compression, and
processing facilities for both onshore and offshore
· Proactive and uncompromising attitude to HSE
· Commitment to the implementation of Company's Constractor
HSEManagement and Quality Procedures and Philosophies.
· Strong management in construction and installation of onshore and
offshore oil and gas facilities
· Experience in leading the medium size construction team.
· Good technical knowledge of engineering, applicable industry
codes and standards, typical construction specifications and good
construction practice.
· Ability to work well with key and major EPC Contractors.
· Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Project management tools
· Good interpersonal skills. Able to forge productive working
relationships with all Major Small Project (MSP) personnel and with the
contractors.
Project Control Analyst (PC)
Minimum of 4 years experience in oil and gas project control and
administration, and preferably a minimum of two year previous experience
working for a PSC. Must be able to build a good relationship with external
and internal parties
Experience in project scheduling, status reporting and some degree of
project administration. Must be able to coordinate with PMTs and other
Departments to get all input needed to do the work. Must have experience of
computerized planning packages, in particular MS Project and Primavera.
Expertise in MS word and MS Excel is a must. Excellent written and spoken
English language communication skills are required. Ability to cope in a
positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment as
expected in a Project with an aggressive schedule
